Every semester, I have eighty new students. I teach very interactively. So knowing all my students’ first names is important to me. It used to take me a month or two to learn all their names. After taking Neil’s training, I learned all eighty names in about a week. His training really works.
The program was very well received by our agents and even to this day. I can still remember all the people’s names.
